Shipping Policy

1. General Statement & Shipping Fees

  • We are committed to providing premium products and efficient delivery service.

  • If you are located in Montreal or nearby areas, you may contact us to arrange local pickup by appointment.

  • For orders within Canada:

    • Free shipping is offered on all orders over CAD $199 (before tax).

    • For orders under CAD $199, a flat shipping fee of $19.99 + tax applies.

    • Orders containing oversized items, such as one-piece fishing rods, will incur an additional oversize fee of $49.99.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed and paid before 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) on business days will be packed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

3. Business Days

  • Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays and Quebec provincial holidays.

4. Shipping within Canada

  • Currently, Lababass offers shipping within Canada only.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • To make changes, simply cancel the order and place a new one.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it at any time.

  • We aim to ship promptly, so please act quickly.

  • Once the order has been shipped, please refer to our [Return Policy] for further instructions.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address 

  • If you've provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@lababass.com. We can only make address changes before the order has shipped.

  • To protect against credit card fraud, the shipping address must match the billing address on file. We do not accept any address changes unless it is to correct a discrepancy with the original billing address used for payment.
