Repair and Spare Parts Service

At Lababass, we are committed to supporting our customers even beyond the warranty period.

• We offer paid repair and spare parts replacement services exclusively for fishing reels, depending on the condition and availability of parts.

• If your reel is no longer covered under our standard warranty, we still offer paid repair and spare parts replacement services, subject to the condition and availability of the required components.

• We will assist you in sourcing the correct parts from Japan or our trusted international suppliers.All parts orders are placed on demand, meaning they are non-cancellable and non-returnable once confirmed.

• We will evaluate the repair case individually and provide a cost estimate before proceeding.Labor fees may apply.

Please note: Manufacturers will typically stop producing spare parts around 6 years after a model's release. In general, a lifespan of 6 years is considered standard for a well-maintained fishing reel.
