If the return is for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
3. Pre-Owned Products

If a product has a serious undisclosed defect (e.g., condition below 7.5/10), please contact us for a case-by-case resolution.
4. RMA Process

Submit Details: Provide your order number, product info, and issue description.

Get RMA: Once approved, you will receive return instructions and return address.

Ship the Return: Clearly label the return with the RMA number.
