Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Conditions

  • All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchasing.

  • Customers must contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any items.

  • Returned items must include the original order number, proof of purchase, and contact information.

2. New Products

  • 30-Day Return Policy: Products must be in brand-new, unopened, and unused condition, with original packaging intact.

  • Refunds: A full refund will be issued once the returned product passes inspection.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to a product defect, Lababass covers return shipping.

    • If the return is for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Pre-Owned Products

  • All pre-owned items are final sale.

  • We provide detailed descriptions and condition ratings for all used products.

  • If a product has a serious undisclosed defect (e.g., condition below 7.5/10), please contact us for a case-by-case resolution.

4. RMA Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@lababass.com or use your order page to request an RMA.

  2. Submit Details: Provide your order number, product info, and issue description.

  3. Get RMA: Once approved, you will receive return instructions and return address.

  4. Ship the Return: Clearly label the return with the RMA number.

  5. Inspection: We will inspect the item upon arrival.

  6. Refund or Resolution: Processed in accordance with this policy after verification.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled at any time.

  • If your order has already shipped or is being processed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you.
